Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Situations
Because each product is custom made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selected

Change of mind

Minor color variations due to screen differences

Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

Delays caused by carriers
Please carefully review sizing charts before purchasing.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved:

Lost Packages
If tracking shows the package was delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
